Qualification & Experience
Essential:
(i) B. Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. Degree (or equivalent) in relevant engineering discipline (which are being taught at the Institute). The degrees shall be from courses approved by AICTE/Ministry of Human Resources Development MHRD
(ii) Good publications record in refereed scientific/professional journals and citations/indexed.
(iii) Service as Professor at AICTE approved technical Institute for a minimum of 03 years will be desirable;
(iv) Guidance of students at UG/PG project work and at Ph.D. level
Desirable:
(i) Experience in academic/research administration as Director, Dean or Head of Department (not below Professor) at a technical Institute approved by AICTE/MHRD;
(ii) Organisational skills of Conferences/Seminars and visiting Faculty in reputed international/national universities.
(iii) Evidence of having taken up sponsored research, continuing education and/or consultancy assignments of repute;
(iv) Participation in professional society activities;
(v) Knowledge of technical education system in India and abroad and its development
(vi) Knowledge and experience in use and deployment of Technology
Based Adaptive Solutions, Education & Learning Management Systems.
Age Limit
Maximum 57 years on the last date of receiving application or as per State Government Rules.
Salary and allowances
Current scale: 37400-67000 AGP 10000 Special Allowance: 5000 and other allowances as applicable to the state government employees.
Salary and allowances will be as per State Government norms in AICTE scales.
Last Date
The application complete in all respect shall reach to the Asst Registrar of the institute latest by 20.02.2019 (5:00 PM).
